Almost everyone who buys lottery tickets goes their entire life without beating the incredible odds needed to win.

But Christine Wilson scooped up two $1 million jackpots in 10 weeks to be one of the luckiest people in Massachusetts.

Wilson's first win was on the Lifetime Millions $50 instant ticket game, which she bought at Discount Liquors in Mansfield in February.

She opted to receive her prize as a one-off $650,000 payment, before tax, and said she would spend some of it buying an SUV.

Christine Wilson' second win was the 100X Club $10 instant ticket, a scratch game where players must match numbers

Her second win was the 100X Club $10 instant ticket, a scratch game where players must match numbers.

Wilson bought this one from Family Food Mart in Mansfield and again opted to take a $650,000 payment - this time to add to her savings.

The shop where she bought the ticket will also receive a $10,000 prize.

A handful of other lottery players are known to have won two jackpots this year, but they were much smaller amounts.

A man in Michigan won $110,000 in February in a Fantasy 5 Double Play drawing, and the same amount six months earlier.
